Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant is located in beautiful environments. it's good for a romantic stop to lunch. large menu with fresh products. the lachskuchen was a favorit along with the delicious beetroot and goat salate. the staff was helpful and very friendly. they would welcome this restaurant very well. it would be a highlight of their trip to geelong and the surf coast
We were here several times as it was amazing. Great food and excellent service before. So decided to bribe the whole family to celebrate my 60th birthday. What an incredible disappointment! We had said that almost half do not eat seafood, we are... from 2 servings of fish and Onky 1 other choice. All courses were only doubled while if we had more choice, the meal would have been more pleasant. The quality of the food was simply not the same and the service was bad as I think we had a new staff, that was uncertain about everything we asked, what is good when you enjoy, smile and find out! I didn't get anything for my birthday, no free drink, dessert or even birthday. I got a small pot of coffee beans with a candle. Very sad to say I won't return.
Now I was very impressed by the service, food was amazing and loved the country feeling of this winery. Everything was perfect, even the warm interior of the winery, the fireplace gave him a warm and cozy culinary experience. Outside the restaurant...was overlooking the vineyard. Will be back soon.
The view is simply beautiful, rustic, inside and outside, your choice, relaxing views with seats and tables overlooking the vineyard. If it is a beautiful summer day or even a sunny winter day, I can imagine that people just sit outside and look out the vineyards...vino or two. Parking is plentiful, a lot of shadows. The food is simple, generous, but beautifully presented. Quality vegetables and meat catering for all diets and reasonable price. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and friendly and service very fast.
We had a gorgeous lunch here today, 6 of us shared the two of the awesome Vigneron's platters, some beautiful breads and crackers, and some amazing Wagyu beef skewers. Paired with an Otway beer and a bottle of amazing Pinot Noir it could hardly have...been better. We ate outside under the gorgeous verandah of vines that were changing to autumnal colours and it was a lovely ambience. Our waitress today was also delightful, attentive and friendly. Can I only give 5 stars?
