Bidra med feedbackSurprising amount of specialty coffee options. Had a Bulletproof Coffee and Japanese Iced Coffee, both were fantastic. Definitely going back next time we're in Belmont.
I wanted so badly to visit this place, and on a day out i decided id take my mum here. But as she has chronic back pain we were unable to come in as none of the seats had backs :
Impressive decor? Nope. Extended menu with descriptions you only hear on master chef? Nope. <br/ <br/ This place is simple...barely 15 seats....definitely not a lavish place. <br/ <br/ But a haven for coffee connoisseur in this area. Axil Coffee beans. meticulous execution. Barista is knowledgeable and skillful. Nice.<br/ <br/ Crazy thing is...they serve bulletproof coffee...this is rare even in Melbourne. And my 1st encounter is a mixture of intrigue and excitement. It is the smoothest coffee I've ever had. Other than the bean's rich fruity finish, it also comes with the buttery smooth body and fragrant cold pressed coconut oil. You'll have to google the meaning of bulletproof coffee but I can tell you, it's executed perfectly. <br/ <br/ I like many things about the BP coffee except 1 thing...lukewarm temperature. Due to nut milk's sensitivity to heat, BP coffee is usually served below 60 degrees. Despite all the rich flavors, aroma, health benefits ? ...which I'm very impressed with, I think I still prefer my usual double shot latte or long mac. Having definitely an awesome experience. <br/ <br/ Last but not least...while u enjoy the wonderful coffee, the spud meals are quite good. Healthy and tasty.
Bulletproof coffee wasn’t something we were expecting to find in a cafe in Geelong! The term ‘Bulletproof’ isn’t a general term talking about good/consistent coffee either, that we were expecting. We’re actually talking about a new brew that’s taken the world by storm.
