Creams Cafe - Waltham Forest

My kids love creams so we went to the one in Beckton due to the parking. The food was really nice, but it took ages and our order did not come together, each of us finished their food by the time the others received theirs. Service was not great

Got the order wrong, forgot some items did give us compensation of 2 scoops; then served disgusting service we did not want to complain again, so left.

To be fair I’ve had good food at creams before but I ordered a takeaway and they decided to clingfilm an open drink, obviously that’s gonna leak. Which also leaked onto my nachos. The nachos themself were poor and the toppings tasted so bad I ate them plain.

Firstly the tables are sticky with food even though they are supposed to be sanitised after each visit. Secondly the toilets are awful to the point that I had to take my granddaughter to other toilets nearby. The urine was all over the floor with no signed sheets to say when they were cleaned last, no loo paper and just disgusting. Thirdly they have obviously spent a lot of money on decor but there is zero atmosphere in there. No one looks happy, the food takes so long and cutlery was dirty. As much as I like their pancakes I know of plenty of other places that also do a great pancake so I will go there from now on.

Lovely place to take the kids for an hour to eat a range of delightful desserts staff friendly and pleasant.
