Burger King - Waltham

Fast food is fast food, and this Burger King offers the same level of quality as any other location. The service was good, and the restaurant was clean. However, the downside is that this particular Burger King is quite old and outdated.

The food is good, but you end up paying more without the app. Food rating: 4 out of 5.

This is the worst burger king I have ever been to. Every single time I revisit this location they get my order wrong. I request a rodeo burger and I get a hamburger, I ask for a whopper and get a whopper, but WITHOUT ANY MEAT, the list goes on.. I'm not joking. This location needs to be bought out by another chain, because I cannot be the only one that can't stand having to go back every. single. time. to have to request my correct order. It's absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

This is a drive through only store. The store itself is literally closed and they will not let you inside. I went with a friend and they told us to walk to the drive through but just ignored us once we were there. Terrible service.

The new renovated Burger King looks fresh and is clean. The kid behind the register was friendly and nice but the service was slow. It wasn't busy inside but the drive thu had a good amount of people but they focused on the drive thu and it took 10 minutes to get my food. I get drive thu's are quicker and they need to pay attention to it as well but 10 minutes isn't exactly fast food. Over all average experience.
