Ihop - Walterhill

So my family went here today and we went from negative stars to five stars because of one individual. I'm normally pretty good with understanding someone new working. But this individual came off as not even trying. Was not knowledgeable of the menu at all. Even blamed my daughter for ordering something wrong when he must have wrote it down wrong. 30 min to get coffee sat there waiting about to walk out worse experienc of my life at a IHOP

In August 2022, there was also a long wait for service.

Didn’t have any coffee. Slow service only 5 tables had to wait awhile for food. Not sure what’s going on here.

Ate here last night. Our waitress was incredible. She was the only waitress there and was rocking it!!! Our food was incredible and delivered with a beautiful smile. This lady and the person in the kitchen impressed my husband and me with how quick we got our order. We loved our experience and will be back.
