Shoney's - Walterboro

My husband lets us stand here every time we come to the family. The four stars are really because of the great service. We came on Thanksgiving and our waiter was amazing that she didn't feel like she hated working on that day and that we were hurried. We went back the next morning and had another waiter she was also amazing, it was only very attentive refilling of our drinks all the time they had great smiles it was excellent service. Hubby loves the buffet and it has many possibilities. We had no bad experience yet, but there was a morning the hashbrown caserole was a little burned, but unlike it was always great.

I felt like I was doing a bad test as soon as I saw the brunch and put me down... I ordered from the menu, custom Omelet. My food is perfect. My waitress couldn't have been nicer... To be clear, I was tired and not in good mood. My food was perfect.

The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere and a great bar serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and salads. And let's not forget the complimentary ice cream! Just a note: the breakfast bar is priced at $10.99.

The breakfast-for-dinner buffet was fantastic, and our server, Susan, was the highlight of the experience. While many Shoney's locations have declined in quality in recent years, this one stands out.

I didn't have many complaints about this meal. I tried the buffet, and it was excellent. I made a massive salad with a wide selection of vegetables and fruits. For my main course, I had the pork chops, which were delicious. The only letdown was the soft serve ice cream. The service was good, and the price was under $10. I will definitely return!
