Enjoyed. Visited the one in Walnut Creek. Franchise not back in NY so first time having it. Had a slice called “Wise Guy” and a salad. Both large sized, very good, salad big enough to share. We did counter service and everyone was friendly.

Terrible service. Told my pick up order would be ready in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I asked for an update and the staff had entirely forgotten about my order. Ice cold pizza and burned cookies. Not even an apology from the staff.

I might move from livermore to walnut creek to be closer to what I think could be the best pizza I've ever had

I grew up in the NYC metropolitan area and have been looking for authentic New York styled pizza in the East Bay for a long time. The pizza is very authentic NY styled. I would highly recommend.

We've picked up food from this place three times before, and while the food has been good, the service continues to disappoint. This time, it took 1.5 hours for our order to be ready, and when we arrived, it was still another 45 minutes late. The workers also come off as rude, acting as if they own the place.
