Bidra med feedbackI've always been a Sasa fan, but unfortunately not good service last night, very poor. We were mostly ignored and had to refill our server constantly down, and only for basic things like the ordering of vital water in empty jars. After 3 hours we left starving because we just never had someone long enough to order enough. had to give reminders to the things we actually ordered. the best news is that there is less expensive than planned, as we would have ordered more food drinks, we would have given the opportunity! please improve them as the food environment is excellent. Thank you!
Eating in sasa is excellent and any experience before the last visit was exceptional. with the said, my last visit, who had been looking at the wise men I had rejoiced at 2 months, something has disappeared with the service, here is the service problem; the waiter on our table was almost not persistent; the red head child, eating performed me twice and when I told the waiter that he rubs the child the wrong away and he is socially awkward here is the deal, his not the diners I write that, it is the management. I don't expect my back kissing, but at $400 for 4, I guess I expect a little warm and sincerity. I guess I'm more disappointed that I built sasa to friends, made a reservation 2 months in advance and it ended with bad service. recommended would get the food to go, then they are not with bad service. to be clear, this is not an angry criticism, but very honest.
The service here is beyond the star. the sushi is fresh and tasty. it is always very comfortable and the host make them feel like family. I really enjoy eating here.
