Civic Garden Deli - Walnut Creek

A simple salad done right is rare to find, and this place beats popular locations such as Tender Greens. The spinach was fresh and plentiful, and it came with a nice boiled egg and other items such as apple, cranberries and cheese. The outside area is quiet, and there are umbrellas for shade, if needed. The couple who owns the store are super friendly and nice. Definitely going back!

I got a triple decker club with sliced chicken and bacon. I originally got turkey but they only had smoked, so then I asked for ham and again only smoked so I had to go with my third choice. I was impressed with the taste and I do want to go back and try other items.

Michelle is the best. She makes the best sandwiches and always has delicious daily specials. I recommend her cobb sandwich and chicken soup.

Great little food spot. Really excellent pre-made salads for a quick grab, and a good variety of hot dishes and fresh made sandwiches. All the food has the handmade touch, from the Asian salad dressing to the barbeque grilled chicken used in the sandwiches and salads. The couple that runs this shop is very friendly and happy for the business.

The two elderly koreans that work there are one of the nicest people I've ever met. I go there a lot just for snacks when visiting my mom. They have a surprisingly large selection for anyone's liking. They also have the largest drink selection, best fresh cut fruits, and quick snacks I've ever seen and tasted.
