Gouveia Vineyards - Wallingford

I loved every bit of this experience. The space (inside and out) is beautiful. Classy and laid back at the same time. Diane helped me find the wine that paired perfectly for this moment. Very happy to find out I live down the street from such a great place!

We had a great experience at the vineyard. The tasting menu was great and we got to select from a range of wine. I must say I was impressed by their overall collection. Place is clean with ample space to sit indoors and outdoors. You can also bring in your mats and picnic basket and sit near to the vineyard.I am giving 4 stars for a) the food options are very little. Food truck was average. Also, we were expecting good cheese platter atleast.b) if you sit outside there’s no umbrella shade or covers. I feel the tables should have that option.The hosts were very good and welcoming. Definitely recommend visiting once.

I absolutely love, love coming here!The scenery is beautiful and you forget all about the busyness of the cities. It is a huge property with a lake and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The wine itself is very well made and the chardonnay is one of my favorites along with Cabernet Franco and the house red. We have been there in all seasons and a lot for the sunsets. Definitely worth the drive for a place to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

I stopped here today for the first time in years, also only my second time here. Dawn was amazing! She made the experience very enjoyable. The property is cozy and has the best views. Dog friendly (outside only) as well!

This was our first time here, definitely not the last! It was a rainy day and the view was still amazing! Tammy and the rest of the staff were extremely polite and welcoming! The band was good with the right amount of volume. Thank you for a nice afternoon!
