Portofino New Brighton - Wallasey

The food and service at this restaurant are always amazing. Our dishes arrived quickly and were delicious. We can't wait to come back again.

We went out for lunch to celebrate and treat ourselves for Christmas. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was excellent. One of our group members was feeling sick, but the staff on duty showed great kindness and were very helpful. The food was well presented and fit perfectly within our budget, with a good selection on the fixed menu. Due to Covid restrictions, the restaurant was very quiet and lacked atmosphere, but this was not the fault of the staff. We will definitely visit again.

I really enjoyed the food at Portofino. There was a good selection and it was well presented and tasted fabulous.

Went for the offer 2 courses for 12.95 as seen on their website.....its not served in December...we were mislead. Didnt want to leave as was with elderly parent. Lamb chops were really tough fair enough they changed the meal to a chicken dish with a sauce that was so thick it could of been custard. Terrible value for money.
