Some of the best brisket I had I've had in a long time. I had the brisket tacos. I had to buy one more!

What amazing food... yet just a terribly inconsistent business. I have made a trip to Wallace half a dozen times this year- different days of the week, different times of the day, and they are closed. If your business posts hours of operation, I shouldthink you'd want to stick to them just a little bit.

I?ve been meaning to stop by here every time I drove by but they were either out or closed and so I finally got the opportunity to stop by today and I have to say I am so glad I did what amazing food! Got a breakfast burrito and I took me a half a poundof brisket home to eat later. Burrito was delicious so so big for the price it was amazing. Sat down to eat my brisket later,and I am generally not a barbecue sauce person so I was super thankful they put the sauce on the side and then they have acontainer of pickles on the side as well, I love pickles. I decided to taste the barbecue sauce and that is the best thing thatI think I?ve ever put in my mouth combined with those pickles and I have no idea where you get them or if you make them yourselfbecause they had cucumber freshness they were so absolutely delicious and the two together on the brisket is probably the bestthing I?ve had ever. Will definitely make this one of my favorite stomping grounds.

DELICIOUS! Make sure you get there early as possible? they sell out quickly because it?s so good!
