Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes Fries - WALLACE

I have no idea what happened with this last experience there, but it was awful ! The waitress was fine. The food, however, was horrible. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, and it looked like they were trying to feed a baby bird. It looked like they chewed it up and spit on my hoagie. They sent the tater tots out, and they were barely warm and significantly less tots than normal. I sent them back so I could get some that were hot and I swear to you they sent the same ones back out except I'm pretty sure they put them in the freezer before they sent them back. Looked like the same amount except they were actually cold. I felt bad for the waitress, and she got a good tip. I hope she didn't have to split it with the cooks because they definitely didn't deserve any of that tip. I will, however, try it again because it seems like they change cooks weekly. Normally I love thos place.

Store was clean, staff was very friendly and waitress did a great job. Food was good and they never told us they didn’t have anything on the menu. It was a very pleasant experience. We will be going back!! Please go give them another chance. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
