Friendly visit. Moved quickly with the long line of cars. They seemed to know what they are doing.
I 'm not the only one disgusted with this store. They not only removed all the tables and chairs in this store, but you can 't even fix your coffee with half and half or milk anymore. I am disabled and I find this appalling. I went in to get a coffee but I cannot stand while waiting for them to make my coffee because there are 10 cars lined up outside and they make you wait too long. When I asked why they have chairs I was told it was not profitable to their bottom line , what happened to the friendly Starbucks atmosphere? Now it 's only about the almighty dollar. Then after asking why there is no 1/2 1/2 I was told they don 't want customers to fix their own coffee. So after clearing asking for 1/2 1/2 she just ignored my request and ended up putting low fat milk in my coffee which I didn 't discover until after I left. So I had to throw the whole thing in the garbage. This store is disgusting. Clearly they don 't like their customers and hate for us to even be in the store. Why aren 't you reading the Yelp reviews? I will be posting this any place I can find because this store is hateful. And they show the disabled that they hate us. Maybe I 'll contact my attorney.
Their lobby is always closed, forcing you to wait forever in their drive thru for mobile orders. Totally removes the benefit of a mobile order when your drinks have to sit an additional 15-30 mins as you wait in line. What if I was on foot? Do I have to walk in the drive thru?
Service was awsome but drinks were not made very well..barely ant whip and no puree on the cup like we asked..also window person asked me if I wanted a straw..said yes and he handed me the drink and forgot my straw..prefer my safeway starbucks.
