A restaurant with a Michelin star! But due to the fact that you can get there only by ordering a table by phone, I never got there! But the owners kindly answered my questions.

Hospitable and family-friendly ambience in best quality! the nose, the eye, the palate, the senses are pampered in a variety of flavors that you can imagine. sustainability is also not too short! charming presentation and original environment! thank you and again!

A tip for fine-seaters in the Walensee region. a very successful experience from the very clear and very pleasant host roger, to the tasteful and optically excellent menu. the amuse on the first look rather simple but tastefully perfectly matched and ingenious in its simpleness. the carpaccio of the Walensee fish could have dispensed with the early onions, as they affect the tenderness of the fish, but this only a small note. the maispoulardenbrust with the gänseleber (the real can be seen that one can be a gänseleber on the point exactly roast- bravo!) was sensational- as well as the perfectly cooked maibock. the weincard may vary slightly more in this segment but also this only a minimal flawl and completely subjectiv. all in all an experience of the top class and we were certainly not there for the last time :-)

I have rarely eaten in my life as well as in this inconspicuous restaurant, but that turns out to be top-class when looking closer."Small but fine" would fit well to the restaurant lions. the dining room, the terrace and the menu are limited to little space, but convince with above average quality. the spices are characterized by a lot of talent and practical knowledge, the menus are varied and are presented creatiw. the service is very present but in no case impenetrable or even annoying. Perfect. Even if the price is rather high, it is worth the ambiente and the culinary excellent dishes every time. this engagement is right with 15 "gault
