Bidra med feedbackThis is the worst location to buy from. The cinnamon rolls are always dry and hard with barely no icing. I thought I’d give it another try today… I should’ve saved my money. I’ve been to other locations and had way better.
The older lady working on ThursdayJanuary 4th at 1pm was the RUDEST person I have ever encountered at any fast food restaurant! I asked for my order from the app and gave the specific name, and she asks to see it on my phone, so I showed her. She gave me a hard time getting my order and it was missing items. The extra frosting I paid for. She proceeded to say I did not pay even though the reciept she printed showed extra frosting. She damn near THREW the frosting at me. Then there was no knife or fork so I tried to get the utensils when she snactched them away saying they were in my bag. I showed her the bag WITHOUT utensils was finally able to get some. What a poor display by what looked to be management!
Don't patronize this location. The workers are unprofessional and rude to customers (Maria/Monica). Their parent company (Focus Brands, LLC) could care less about customer service because I have yet to hear from them, or at a minimum, this location as it relates to my complaint.The other subsidiaries of Focus Brands, LLC are Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Jamba, McAlister's, Moe's, and Schlotzsky's. As customers, let's put them all out of business to show our power against companies who don't treat us with respect!
Good afternoon, I went to Cinnabon on Sunday and ordered a pecan roll, the guy got the order wrong which I noticed when I got home, went back on the 7th and explained to the manager who then decided to curse at me about the order with the employees present who admitted to getting the order wrong, she was Nasty, rude and very unprofessional and then tried to charge me again for the order they got wrong, sue belittled me in front of customers and threw the food at me all while everyone wayched in discuss as she treated me like a piece of trash. She was the most unprofessional manager of a store I have ever seen, the fact that she is a manager is astounding with her attitude, she was not for the customer and more for being as mean and nasty as she could be. I would never hire someone like her ever and I have worked in customer service for years, I felt like a dog being beat by someone because of her actions and demeanor towards me. Never again would I recommend any of your stores with managers like her arguing with evey customer when they mess an order up. Her name was Monica. She needs to be trained and or fired for her actions.
Great location they put lots of icing on there rolls which i LOVED !
