Bidra med feedbackThe hotel has come many years. Too bad. Unfortunately, although so written, one could not borrow any bathrobes. Something on the drink card wasn't there. Breakfast was good, dinner was good. But at a reasonable price you can't expect a star meal. The service was friendly.
We stayed from 1.10 to 3 10 in the hotel and it was good staff friendly and breakfast as well as dinner was o. K rooms were also clean so we were very satisfied Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 2
Unfortunately, the weekend with my children was a real waste. We have let ourselves be deceived by the pictures and the service leaves more than to wish, the hotel guests are fed with a three-course menue (Gemüsesuppe, potato gratin or bought frikadelle with pommes and broccoli and fruit with cream), which is better in every canteen. The chef probably left the hotel some time ago and there are only two people who are responsible for everything. We have been eating out the days, which is certainly not a purpose for a stay with half board. Unsatisfied guests will not recommend the hotel further and it is just a matter of time when the closure will take place. The rooms were okay if you needed something, you had to order it at the reception, which was as good as not occupied at all. The swimming area is not to compare with a wellness area, even here a lot has to be done. A hopeful restful stay remains a great disappointment.
Unfortunately we let ourselves be dazzled by the pictures. These do not reflect the current state of things. The hotel has come very years. The rooms were sufficient and superficially clean that is the only good there was. The half board is so bad that we voluntarily waived food. If you sell bought frikadellen with broccooli and pommes as dinner, which is then so bad that other guests either strongly complained or not at all ate it should be ashamed. Since the hotel is run without a chef, this is not a miracle. Who thinks that the failures are at least compensated by good and courteous service is unfortunately wrong.
I am very disappointed by our stay in this hotel. corona or her... cleanliness costs nothing. the dirt in our room was inconceivable. it is described as hotel with wellness area. the pool and the sauna were so dirty that we couldn't use it. in these times, hygiene should be written large. days before our vacation I tried to book the massage that belongs to our booking package. it never went as a phone, and when someone went on, I was told someone would come back to us. I asked again about it before location and no one reported to me again. So we paid a massage that we never got. we were forced to book half board only to know that the kitchen has to be and we have to decide between cauliflower and wrap. I would have liked to have expressed the criticism personally, but no one interested in how our stay was. I'm really upset and disappointed.
