Bleichibeiz - Wald (ZH)

Very friendly staff. the atmosphere is relaxed in the old factory building. we had a lunch menu, cheap. the meat bird was well prepared. we will definitely go back to try something else.

Very beautiful ambiente. we came to a laune, a little late and the kitchen was closed for main dishes. but the very friendly (and EN-speaking) staff has accommodated and fed us. the salat dishes and the warm ziabbata are generous and well made. a delightful experience in a textile factory of woods industrial blossom.

This only applies to the restaurant! We were at the bleach shop on a Tuesday. It was our 2nd visit to this restaurant. And I almost think it was our last one too. The reception was friendly, the service still has room for improvement. My meal: venison schnitzel with the normal side dishes. The venison schnitzel was cooked through, but the side apple was still quite crunchy. I didn't like the red cruat tied with maizena at all. I really love vegetables, it takes a lot to leave something there. The waitress asked in the kitchen and then explained about the Maizena. She only mentioned that she offered coffee in return (for which I would like to thank you again) when we asked. My husband ordered the 3-course menu. The plates were simply put down, no explanation, a brief en goode. And last but not least: The dessert (part of the menu) only came when I intervened after what felt like an eternity. For this proud price we are used to something different. I asked myself throughout our stay, what do the staff do when the store is full?

I rate the restaurant here. What can I say, the prices are normal, the food is always above average. Top address, also for vegetarians.

Good food in a relaxed atmosphere, unfortunately quite small portions for the price.
