The Winter Seam - Wakefield

The chicken tikka masala was disappointing with chewy and sinewy chicken and lacking in flavor. The naan bread was stale and hard in some areas. The poppadoms were also not up to par. My husband thought the fish and chips were just okay.

The managers and staff were extremely welcoming and the service was excellent. Despite the fast-paced and busy atmosphere, we felt very well taken care of. The food was delicious and the service was very prompt.

Visit about once a month with friends. Have drinks then food (then more drinks. The food here is very hot and lovely. Always served quick and nice and fresh. Good atmosphere and usually busy but steady away. Nice staff. Sometimes too cool in there. Have all doors open so wrap up! Recommended for food and drink.

Blonde haired girl needs vital training. Visited on 4 aug 2023 at 10.35am. I was waiting for her to serve me, there were no one else around, she saw me and carried on chatting in kitchen. Another man came to order food, she came out and served him. I told her that she's seen me and she told me to wait a minute as she was serving the guy (that was after me). Girl needs training in customer service and manners. I reported her to customer services via email.

Terrible food I had mixed grill food dry and too well done it looked like it had been stood for ages and warmed up in microwave I was offered another free meal of which I declined as I could not eat it again I took the meat of my table and gave it to my dogs first and last time I eat there
