Additionally, I worry about the long-term health complications it can cause. I can't praise this restaurant enough for their efforts. When I mentioned that my son has celiac disease, not just gluten intolerance, they were even more diligent. I explained my son's situation, and they took extra precautions to ensure that nothing he might touch was contaminated by gluten. They washed their hands, changed gloves, used separate utensils, and retrieved products from the back to avoid any contact with wheat. They didn't prepare any other sandwiches until they had finished making my son's. The manager is fantastic and a true asset to Subway. While other restaurants may advertise gluten-free options, they often overlook the importance of preventing cross-contamination, but Subway in Snowhill really cares.
We arrived at 10 o'clock, and the atmosphere was quite calm. The staff were friendly and efficient in their service.
I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to Subway, and I will definitely be back! The place was extremely clean and they really take care when preparing food. When I ordered a meatless meatball marinara sub, the server kindly asked if I wanted her to change her gloves, which I really appreciated. It’s a great practice that I hope is followed at other Subway locations as well. I can confirm that the cookies at Subway are absolutely delicious—the taste and texture are just perfect. Highly recommended! Overall, I’d rate the taste 4/5 and the presentation 4/5.
