Moccha Cafe Pizzeria - Wakefield

Our visit started when I picked up a menu from the counter and we made our choice only to be told it was a takeway menu not the cafe menu. Nothing on the menu would have told us that. My daughter ordered a Calzone Kiev. Before it arrived the member of staff gave us the cutlery which included a steak knife which he placed right in front of my 23 month old granddaughter which was very dangerous if she had grabbed it. The Calzone arrived smothered in a tomato sause which seemed to be disguising the badly burnt offering. The last straw was the fact they had no facility to change the baby in their unisex toilet. Why have a high chair and a childrens menu but no baby changing facilities? My daughter had to kneel on the floor and use the childs blanket to protect her from the cold and potentially unsanitary floor. You cant see germs!! Dont want to eat there again despite it displaying a Tripadvisor certificate of excellence!

Visited last week as a couple, had pizza and lasagna meal thought the pizzas here where outstanding the lasagna was even better so tasty , this place is truly fabulous top marks and the staff are always friendly and helpful here too

The food at this restaurant is amazing, with generous portions and a great staff. The wine and drinks are also top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. This place is a first-class dining experience that will not disappoint. This was our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last. For delicious food at a great price, this is the best restaurant in Wakefield.

I visited the restaurant just before Christmas and had a wonderful meal, as always. The service was exceptional, and I always look forward to my visits there.

Excellent food, great service. Very good value. Very welcoming. A Wakefield gem. Worth a visit. Tasty pizzas.
