I used to visit this location daily when I attended college next door, back then the service and food was always great. Now, not so much. I have been there a couple time since graduating and everything was just mediocre. Went there today and can't even sayit was mediocre. The two young guys working were very obviously less than thrilled to be there. No customer service skillswhat-so-ever. No hello, no what can I get for you, not even a facial expression. Walked up and the guy just stared at me until Ispoke. I ordered first but he made my husband's sub first. Ok no big deal. But what irritated me was when I asked him to tear mybacon in pieces to make it easier to pick up with a fork in my protein bowl, he microwaved it separate from the chicken, whichwas toasted. Whatever, the problem here was the other guy forgot the bacon in the microwave. This I didn't notice until we werealready gone and I opened the bowl. Why? Because I was too busy watching this guy put big dirty oven mits on to take the chickenout of the toaster, which he then took off and continued to touch all of our food with the same plastic gloves that were just indirty oven mits. Gross! To top it off, the protein bowls are usually so full they can barely get the lid on and I can never eatthe whole thing. This guy flung...yes I mean literally flung...so very little veggies in that the bowl was barely half full.Then he puts the lid on with half the food hanging over the side. After my husband paid and we took our food this other guy juststands there and stares at us once again like he was thinking hurry up and leave. Still no words. No thank you, nothing. Worstservice ever and food was not great either. Either these two guys need to seriously be retrained or go work elsewhere.
Really impressed with sandwich maker. Very quiet, but loaded on the toppings and was very sweet.
I've always really enjoyed a toast spicy Italian sub. But this one has disrespect employees. The lady that made my order was great. But the one that helped the non English speaking family behind me was so rude. The man tried really hard to get her tounderstand what they were trying to order by using his phone to translate and she kept rolling her eyes and didn't even try.
My husband and I went at about 5:45pm. There was one family ahead of us and there was only one worker (unfortunately, didn't get his name). He did an AMAZING job. We asked for extra veggies and that's exactly what we got. He was even able to fold the subclosed. Everything was very fresh. The store was SUPER CLEAN AS WELL AS HIS WORK AREA. IT WAS PERFECT!!!!
