Bidra med feedbackBurrito is over price for what it is, it is rather bland and the dominant flavor/ingredient is fried beans, I could hardly tasted anything else.FYI, the truck is located at Waimea Midweek Farmers Market.
We had two excellent meals at FORC on our trip to the Big Island in July. We were two couples traveling together and we ordered all food family style so we could try more dishes. EVERYTHING was excellent! Started with goat tacos, the farmer salad and Maluhia salad with delicious Lilikoi dressing. We tried three of the entrees. The rib eye was the best we had on the island, and the miso grilled fish was excellent, but the biggest hit was the whole roasted fresh fish for 2. It actually fed 4 with some to take home! We loved it! We also really enjoyed the roasted sweet potato and garlic fried rice. The staff was great and the cocktails were delicious!
We have eaten here several times. One interesting thing is the shared dinners with include many side dishes, pick the Hawaiian, not the American. Especially liked the shared rack of lamb. Reservations a good idea.
Delicious birria tacos packed full of meat. So flavorful. The consumme was so beefy and bright that we ate the rest of it with leftover rice from another meal!
We were visiting from Texas. We had been driving around looking for somewhere nice to eat. We read reviews on line about Forc and gave it a try. Yes. It's pricey BUT...we're in vacation. We wanted good food. Boy did we get it! The manager was very accommodating even though we didn't have reservations on a Friday night. There were 7 total. I had lamb...so delicious! We shared the bone marrow and roasted oyster plate it was very good. Husband had the ahi tuna and butter head lilikoi dressing salad. He loved his meal! Son had steak. Brother had grilled pork chop, with roasted purple yams, we all tried a little here and there. It was all delicious!!! Mt husband actually said he'd come back to Forc if he was ever in Hawaii again!
