Tiffany's - Wailuku

Tiffany's menu has significantly changed from the hometown Korean bar I knew it to be as a kid. Food is elevated and while some dishes are great on paper, they are lackluster when prepared. Old favorites are missing or prices are understandably inflated. Desserts are unbelievably good now and the atmosphere is as used to be.

A great hangout spot for elevated local food and imaginative cocktails. Haters may say it's a bit loud inside but what do you expect when everyone is having a good time? Most of the dishes are or are based off of local favorites but always have one or two creative flourishes that set them apart from even really well done analogues. I doubt you can go wrong with anything but the favorite of our group was the Seafood Cake Noodle. It's a Hawaiian-Chinese dish that has always been a favorite of mine as a kid but it was nice to see it so well represented here.

This is such a great place to get a bite to eat! The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive and super friendly. My family and I really enjoyed the atmosphere when we came by for lunch. Their Ahi Poke is definitely a must try!
