Bidra med feedbackOur overall experience was bad. We have come here several times in the past and this time everything was out. Mike, the manager of The Bistro made a very bad joke about my name and even after he had pointed out that it was insulting, he decided to continue doing. He never apologized. Stephanie, our waitress, did a bad service and hardly ever checked with us. The food (their cult classic Burger) was good and the same quality as in the past. I'm not sure we'll come back here in the future.
Like the food here. Filet Mignon tacos were excellent as the Asian salad. Service excellent. I had a nice dinner. One of our places.
First, the lady at the front claims that they are no longer on Open Table, so that this rating is probably nowhere to go. If someone reads that, STOP. Don't waste your time in this place. Why? Because the cook (he/she is not a cook) definitely NOT wastes his time to make your meal. Not a thought that's in the food. Awful. The pizza was worse than a gluten-free milk free reheated frozen pizza. What do you think? Seriously. Terrible.
The only reason I didn 't give it five stars was they they ran out of printing paper, in the kitchen and lost our order. After waiting for quite a while, my husband asked about it. That 's when the waiter realized that the kitchen didn 't have our order. But I don 't blame the waiter, I blame the kitchen staff. Once we got our food, it was delicious, the outdoorish environment was quite nice, and the prices were good. Finally there 's a restaurant that 's not too expensive here on the BI. We will be back.
Our food took 1 hour or more to arrive, our waiter did not visit the table often enough to ensure drinks were filled. I had to ask how much longer till our food would be ready. At this point we have waited 45 minutes for our appetizer to arrive. I had also counted the seated tables as being 7 only. Not sure why put food took so long. I would not return for another meal.
