We were expecting just a sandwich or two, and aside from the Rockin' Bass from Tahoe, the service was good and the food was enjoyable. Everything was decent, though nothing stood out as truly exceptional.

The service is usually good at this restaurant, but I've occasionally had trouble communicating with one of the Micronesian women who works there. For instance, when I ordered a footlong Italian sandwich, she misunderstood and thought I said something about children eating for some reason. Then she mentioned "herbs Italian," and I had to repeat "Italian" five times to clarify my order. Eventually, she brought me a six-inch sandwich and said "six in." Other customers heard me raise my voice, which is something I typically don’t do. I visit this place at least once or twice a week because I love my Subway, and overall I'm usually satisfied with their service. However, communication is crucial. If I had accepted what this woman said initially, my meal would have turned out completely different.
