Subway - Wagon Wheel

The lunch time crew is great, fast and efficient. The evening crew not so much. I had a mobile order that said it was ready and I went in to pick it up only they hadn’t even started it yet. I waited 20 minutes (it wasn’t even busy) and the sandwiches came out hard as a rock.

I stopped to get a sandwich on my way home. I asked for Swiss cheese and was told they have it anymore so I asked for provolone and was told the same thing. All they had was pepper jack, American and mozzerella. I chose mozzerella. When I went to pay I found that they charge me an extra dollar for the cheese.

Went on a Sunday at 11:11 am, doors were locked.called they unlocked them. Presented a bogo coupon after they made our subs they said one of the subs did not qualify for bogo!! No tomatoes, lettuce was brown. All in all everything looked sad!! Vegetables were dried out so was the meat cheese!! Very disappointed!!

The sandwich was delicious! The staff was friendly. The inside dining room was clean.

Very consistent from store to store and they are always very good and fast friendly
