The service at this restaurant is friendly, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is great. They were very accommodating when I mentioned my dairy intolerance. The price per person is between £10-20. I give it top marks for the food, service, and atmosphere, all receiving a rating of 5 out of 5.

Had a nice experience at this pub, it’s massive inside, cosy clean and very friendly staff. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my food. I had the Chicken with bacon and hand cut chips, when the chicken came it tasted like it was microwaved, it tasted like pork, super tough and hard to chew. I asked them to change it as I couldn’t eat it, I got a risotto instead and unfortunately that was very bland no flavour what so ever. I won’t be returning for food but for the pub it’s lovely.

The atmosphere at this old, interesting pub is charming and delightful. The food was exceptionally tasty and arrived quickly, especially the vegan option. The staff provided friendly and prompt service. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. Overall rating: Food- 5, Service- 5, Atmosphere- 5.
