Bidra med feedbackI went In to order a pizza at 8:30pm everything was cleaned put away and the floor was mopped the employees just starred at me and said they wouldn't be making me food and refused me service...I called to speak to a manager right after that and theycouldn't figure out what to say...I've been in customer service for 20+ years I get if I came in at 8:50/8:55 they'd refuse mebut 8:30???!!! Come on...I'll be contacting management I'm really disappointed
Called to have them make us a pizza real quick and the person answering, answered then proceeded to have a conversation with who I assume was his manager who talked to him for the first 15-20 seconds of the conversation which is when he should have most definitely greeted me. You do not answer the phone and start a conversation with the person sitting next to you, disregarding the customer on the phone waiting to be greeted. Not to mention, you don’t cut corners and quit out early just so you can be cleaned up with the doors locked at 8pm.The best part was when I went in to pick up one of the pre made pizzas. I thanked the cashier and he turned and walked away without giving eye contact or any sort of recognition whatsoever. Unbelievable. We won’t be back!
My wife and I love the Chicken and Artichoke pizza, definitely different, I highly recommend it to those who love something a little unusual. Tuesdays their just $10.
They offer a wide variety of pizza options, or you can create your own. The gluten-free crust is excellent!
The pizza is always great, but I have to give you a 3-star rating this time because you messed up my order. It's not difficult to read from a screen, and when all three of my pizza orders specifically requested sauce and you forgot it, I can't help but shake my head in disappointment. I really hope you start double-checking orders. It seems like this issue has been a common problem lately with food chains in Waconia.
