Bidra med feedbackI would simply like to point out that I ordered my food and waited approx. 47 minutes for an incorrect order and then waited an additional 10 for my shake. Thank you to the 2 employees that actually cared about the 7 people standing in the lobby waitingfor 15+ minutes for their food. My food was sitting on the counter for about 17 of that 47 and it took that amount of time foran employee to ask what my order number was and simply hand it to me off the counter. I don't typically write reviews that arethis critical. However, I have never had this bad of service either. Just try a little harder to help customers in the drivethru and the lobby. I could see the 12 drinks prepped for the drive thru and you had customers waiting in the lobby.
Our first experience at Whataburger wasn't all that great, but not that bad either. It was just so-so. Staff was friendly, but didn't seem to care if we were there or not. The salad was good. The burger was okay. It would have been better if it hadbeen fresh. Seemed as if it had sat around under a heat lamp for awhile. Got hit up for money inside and outside of the storeby homeless folks. Would skip this place and go straight to In-n-Out burger next time.
2 lanes open but kept taking customers order from the first speaker., atleast cone the lane. Gave two dollar tip to drive thru cashier, she was better than the one that didn't want to make my drink with No Ice.
We ordered a large chocolate malt and a large Dr pepper shake, and they were both amazing. The staff was friendly and fast. Will definitely be going back.
Had a table to me near the door I was a paperwork, I could consecrate and dinate in a peaceful way, it took 1/1/2 hours comfortably had a good view of the traffic also)
