I had the schmaltz. My wife had the roast beef, and my mother in law the ham and cheese. I'm glad my mom wanted a sandwich because I looked up sandwich places since we were visiting Waco. I'm so glad we did! We came back to Dallas and I wish y'all had a shop here!
Nothing compares to Schmaltz's. I had my first sandwich when I was in the 4th grade and never stopped. Best sandwiches on earth.
AMAZING Pastrami sandwich. The bread is insane! Great staff.
