Carl's Jr - Waco

Very fresh delicious food is served quickly with great customer service. It took a little longer than most chains, but the food was fresh. My chicken had real barbecue marks!

This must be the absolute best Carls Jr. This includes the rest of the country! Everybody was so nice. So much more beautiful than Austin and we live here. We got 3 hellos, pretty much everyone who worked when we entered. The food was excellent, hot and fresh. You can't say that about the one in Austin. Bravo to the staff for such a great job and so nice to be! Go to Waco!

It was good. Waiting for someone to accept our order was exaggerated, but at least the food came out quickly. What harassed me most, a food worker observed falling a whole container of ketchup packages on the dirty floor, picking them all with unloved hands, then treating food. Not only did he contaminate all ketchup packages that customers will use, but he also prepared food like 7 baskets. Never wash his hands during the process.

It's clean and comfortable environment. Had to do an edit after eating. Time before last eating here was about a year ago and it was pretty good. Now, the fries are reheated and the burgers are no better than McDonald's. I don't know what happened, but I will not eat here anymore.

Everything was old. We ordered 2 burger meals with criss cut fries, 2 chicken soft tacos, and 3 chicken strips for our family. THE GOOD The lady that took our order was very polite and patient. We made several changes to both burgers and she was great. The food came out pretty quickly. THE BAD Neither burger was made correctly. Mine looked like someone sat on it and had the wrong bun and no veggies. The fries were over cooked and floppy OLD. The chicken strips tasted like they had been cooked in the same fryer as fish. The chicken soft tacos....wow. Terrible!! The chicken was hard, cold, BROWN, and dried out. It looked like it had been made several days ago and sat out until they put it on my tacos. Disgusting. We used to eat here fairly often 3 years ago and it was fresh. Since then it’s gone down hill. We won’t be going back. I’m giving them 2 stars for what was good, and the all the good food we USED to have here.
