Baskin-robbins - Waco

The staff at the restaurant were friendly and hardworking. The cake I ordered was ready in less than 24 hours. The coffee I received was a bit stale but still acceptable. The restaurant only had three employees, one of whom was new. I didn't end up getting ice cream, but they had a great selection available.

I would give this restaurant one star. It is advertised as an "ice cream shop," but only offers four flavors, none of which are simple vanilla. The food truck is not due until Tuesday, yet today is Sunday. The employees seem disinterested, often sitting on their phones instead of attending to customers.

Note about the picture: Some of the ice cream tubs in the photo are duplicates, but there are more than 9 flavors available.

Always out of stuff, like milk! I went tonight and got a sundae and my ice cream was SOUR. I called to tell them and try to get my money back and no one will answer. It's always a disappointment here.

Go to order a hot fudge Sunday but no fudge no cherry??? And this seems to be a regular thing for this
