Slippery's Tavern And - Wabasha

Great food, great landscape, great service. Our waitress summer was great! It is right on the Mississippi with a dock for fishing like the Grumpy Old Men did (that is where the movie takes place). Beautiful small gift shop and live music in the main role in May!

Very friendly staff! Great bar and barbecue. Family friendly. Very nice terrace seating. Have fun pictures of the Grumpy Old Men movie. T-shirts, sweatshirts and hats for sale. An entertaining place to stop if you are a fan of the movie or just want a fun restaurant with great river views!

Food and service were good. My burger was cooked more than I usually prefer, but preferences were not asked, so it did not cross my mind to demand it too. Some places do not cook with burgers. It was still good, but it wasn't the end of the world on this one. Definitely a great view of the river! Nice outdoor seating area. Drinks were made good. One case was the gift shop prizes. They're pretty expensive for what they have.

The waitress was super nice! View was great! Pool table and flipper on the back were entertaining!

Awesome view and the salad had lots of greens. Jay was very pleasant as a bartender and food server. I will be back!!! This was my first visit!!!
