Bidra med feedbackIn Owensboro, Dennys has the restaurant thermostat set SOOOO cold that We have to wear a WINTER COAT in there. We have complained and they say the workers get hot. So I interpret that to mean their customers comfort does not matter to them.
Our food at the Owensboro Dennys was excellent, our waitress was above and beyond, very pleased will be stopping again soon.
We are from Murray, KY and stopped in the Owensboro Dennys for lunch. They did NOT disappoint!! Everyone was generous and kind. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. Big shout out to our waitress Lexi was on top of it and honestly one of the best we have had anywhere in quite some time. She is an asset to Dennys! We will be back when in the area!
Understaffed, underserved and unfriendly. Food was terrible. Service beyond too slow. Prices for what we got were outrageous. Won't go back. The store needs a lot of cleaning and updating. This was not a good experience. Had to stay on top of our server, it took over 30 minutes to get our burned hash browns and two drinks. Even had to flag down a server to get seated in an almost empty restaurant.
Ordered Grand Slam breakfast( 2 eggs over medium, bacon, sausage w/ pancakes). First set of eggs were cold, asked for replacement. Replacement was hot. Cheridee H. was waitress. Never asked on refill on coffee, was too busy with 4-tops and booths in her area. I am a usual regular at this restaurant, and taking the time with the customer and making sure the order is right and checking on them is priority 1. Restaurant wasn't really busy, I felt she was wanting people to hurry up for the next person(s) coming in.
