Bidra med feedbackBad and rude customer service! The lady cashier even doesn’t understand cold or hot. I read from the app for a free iced drink, but she make a hot one and charge me. Even though she scan the free drink barcode. Seams no trainings at all!
Horrible customer service. The man working there is very grumpy. I inquired why the price online is different from when I bought he was very rude about it and had no explanation. I won't be coming back for sure!
One man show. Waited 10 minutes never got to place my order. BAD
Don’t know how to make drink there is no sugar in my refresher
I usually rate Dunkin high. Not this one. Poor/rude customer service. Go to the one on Devon and Crawford. Worth the drive.
