Pizza Hut - W St, Food Court, Moscow

Ordered delivery about a week ago, it took over almost 2 hours to get to my house and I've never in my life seen a pizza from pizza hut look or taste so terrible I was very disappointed and won't be ordering again.

I ordered online and used points and they were held but part of the order using points never went through. Then once that was figured out they told me they were ready and one of my two pizzas I ordered was miraculously gone. There was also another lady just before me this happened to as well. It's like watching a bunch of chickens run around back there with their heads cut off!! It is there mess up but they just say sorry and thats it. Used to be if they messed up they comped you at least a drink.

Pizza was really tasty. Service was on the slower side though.
