Kraus' Pizza - W Canton

An old standby, great pizza, especially the topper (double crust). Chicken is excellent, and so are the Jo Jo's. No delivery but the food is good so 5 stars.

My first time here and definitely not the last! The best pizza we've had in a long time! Employees were very friendly and helpful. We ordered the topped pizza, wings and chicken. All very good!

First time walking in to pickup order and I guess my order had gotten lost or forgotten so there was an extra 10 minute wait on top of the original 30 I waited. However the manager on duty was very kind and honest about the mistake. She then proceeded once pizza was done, to give it to me free of charge. Now that’s great customer service because now she just created a repeat customer. The pizza tastes great but that sort of kindness and generosity nowadays should not be overlooked so I wanted to leave this review to share my gratitude with the experience. Yes they made a mistake as we all do but how they resolved it was excellent service.

We are from Stark County and this was our go to pizza. We moved 6 years ago and always looked forward to it when we came into town. It is not the same at all! Don't know why but it is now just mediocre. Had it over Christmas and it was disappointing.

We have tried many pizza places in Stark County. Our go to has become Kraus' Pizza on W Tusc. The crust has a great taste, although I will say it is even better the next day in the air fryer when it gets even crispier. The toppings and sauce have great flavors as well, and are always proportioned well. The ladies are always so nice when they take your order and at pick up. Keep up the great work! And I'm sure we'll see you soon!
