Yoshi's Japanese Food - Votorantim

My wife and I have visited the restaurant twice, the first time was a holiday and the place was pretty empty, we were impressed by the quality of food and service. The second time though completed ruined the previous experience. It was an ordinary Saturday...night, the place was packed, the food was just ok and the service was terrible. I ate half of my meal without the drink I've ordered in the beginning, ginger also came way after i ordered it, the hot Tai roll never came.

This was not my first time to Yoshis, basically because we had already been when i visited Brazil in the past and knew it was good. This experience hasn't changed that opinion. Great menu choice, great quality, served efficiently by friendly and knowledgeable staff. OK,...i don't speak fluent Portugese but i was lucky that i went as guest with my Brazilian friends family. I thought the price was very reasonable too considering the quality. Thank you Yoshis. Chris. England.

One of the best japanese restaurants in Sorocaba. great fish selection, extreme care with the food taste and looks and a very complete all you can eat system. Yoshi's is more expensive than the average japanese restaurant, so it's a choice for days...when you can afford the splurge. it´s not kid friendly.

Yoshi's was introduced to me as the best Japanese food in Sorocaba. Really did not live up to that billing. Service was poor at the old restaurant. At the new in the shopping centre the service was much better. Rodizio is good value. But nothing...different or special. Really nothing special. I preferred a cheaper and more simple restaurant close by. At least the guy was improvising and innovative.

Bad environment, so hot and loud. Our orders were ignored and they didn't bring anything. The price is unfair in view of service levels and quality. Even after we had given feedback, nothing changed.
