Pets are not allowed to go on beds!!! Yet the hotel displays acceptance of the housekeepers! What an insult to the owners of a cat.I booked Booking precisely by putting the filter to have only the establishments that accept pets and my choice was worn on this hotel. By validating the reservation, I just informed them who we had a cat. Booking confirmed me the reservation.Apparently they answered me (in fact I didn't ask a question, so I didn't expect an answer, so not seen their message) that the animals are welcome but provided they didn't go on the beds...My what a joke, asking a cat not to go on the bed after 5 hours' drive and also leaving him locked up the next day in the room he wanted to be The owner of a threatening tone announced 30€! I said it was a little exaggerated. After a few exchanges, the owner finally decided not to take us a supplement and that the cat could put hair everywhere, it would be at their expense the cleaning, but said that we will never be accepted in this establishment again!!!!They added that during the room service if the cat escapes it would be our fault!!!And I did not exaggerate unfortunately...Being shocked in front of so many aggressiveness, I couldn't stay here anymore! Apart from the false information they display, I will add that the view of the hotel is panoramic certe but that in the middle of the view there is an industrial area, so finally not so beautiful.Secondly, from the outside the hotel is very nice, but the corridors and rooms are very small, a feeling of being in a prefabricated cage.Bref, a huge disappointment, I recommend this hotel.

The staff is very unpleasant and very aggressive towards the hosts. Small, TV-free and non-compliant rooms with photos on the site. The equipment is minimum and we found plastic cups in the bathroom. I strongly advise him. Further another structure (La Rose des Vents) is much more pretty, welcoming and smiling staff.

Hotel perfectly maintained, comfortable rooms and very good homemade kitchen! Amazing view also. It may be a TV in the room and a little soundproofing but I recommend this address.
