Die Tortenkomponisten - Voitsberg

We're by chance and stopped to break coffee. as it turns out, this place is so beautiful, they offer small and delicious breakfast with fresh bread. we had a very good coffee they sell themselves and of course we took cake to recommend it:

The expectation was already quite high due to good press work: handmade bio-torts- there you are running the water in the mouth together!Also extra 25 km approach - first impression: very nice business place, well visited, here I am right!When selecting the torth I had the first difficultities- I lacked the typical classics and all the torth were extremely puffed. I don't like gold leaf. then 4 different pieces selected - I wanted to try. it was above average, but it was also all organic.In the house then the great tasteful disappointment- all the torts were a uniform grounded, which was particularly due to my taste much too rough praise, i.e. coarse-pored and still too solid. if I bake myself biscuit, then he is fine-pored, fluffy and tender.I had searched for the special, but I did not have the torten composers

First it must be noted that the cafe "the tortencomonists" is not located in voitsberg, but in söding near the autobahnauffahrt on the a2. It is a bioconditorei with mined backstube, where you can also observe the composers during their work. the ambiente is very beautiful, all new, in the middle a luster in tort form. the ordered small organic delicacies were not cheap, but very good. I also like that there are smaller tasty ones and not only large tort pieces that you cannot eat alone. sometimes it's hard to find a free table. we'll be back!
