The waiter notices you after 10 minutes because he is watching a football match and when he comes to the table they are not the most polite to show their welcome

Very local, deep state of Vodice kinda feeling, totally cool.
This place is perfect for coffee. Even when there is a lot of people waiters are always pleasant and fast.
