Не буду описывать все прелести остановлюсь на главном, на мясе!!! Готовить шашлык разучились, совсем. Мясо в процессе жарки проверяется надрезами!!! Что вообще не допустимо!!!! Так как сок который должен быть запечатан внутри просто на просто вытекает. Поэтому мясо получается сухим, жёстким. Раньше такого не было. Очень жаль!!! Я туда больше ни ногой, и вам не рекомендую!!!
