Bidra med feedbackI recently tried the Marshwan sandwich without onions and it was delicious! My family opted for the BMT and they really enjoyed it. The staff was patient and friendly, and the manager was attentive. The customer service was excellent and everything tasted freshly made.
I placed an order through DoorDash and unfortunately, the driver never showed up to deliver it. After receiving the run around from DoorDash, they advised me to contact the Subway restaurant directly to resolve the issue. The manager I spoke with was extremely helpful and after explaining the situation, he contacted someone higher up at Subway to ensure I would receive a refund. The service and management at this Subway location were exceptional, especially considering the challenges of the current global pandemic and worker shortages.
I visited this restaurant that had a touch screen order drive-thru, which was perfect for me as someone who is hard of hearing and usually struggles at regular drive-thrus. I appreciated being able to order without having to communicate with the staff through the window. However, I noticed that the screen was not very clean, so it's a good idea to bring sanitizer or gloves. I suggest having someone clean the screen every few cars. Despite this, the orders were completed quickly compared to other fast food drive-thrus. Overall, great job Subway!
Went to the Subway on Akers and Cypress today. I didn't realize they had a drive thru and a kiosk to order on! It was super simple to order and made the trip very pleasant. Will be going back here very soon!
Drive through tip for newbies: hit look up previous order. Type in your phone number. It 's going to say no previous orders...place your order. Next time you come through your order will be saved. If you don 't want the same thing every time keep 'adding new '. All of your orders are saved. It makes the drive through so much faster! And no they won 't send text message promos to you, it 's strictly used for order lookup.
