Always satisfied with the chicken teriyaki bowls. They come with good portions of chicken. Great spot if you’re looking for something fresh, cheap, and relatively healthy.

The person behind the counter was very rude. She wasn't sure if she had enough of whatever I wanted to order. While I am ordering, she never looked up. She was so rude. Not helpful at all and I got very upset and I walked out. She was the same way to the other customers ahead of me. I'm hoping they will fix this situation or I will not be coming back.

Masaru's is the best in town if you are wanting some tasty and quick Japanese food! The chicken salad with my forever favorite!

The spicy teriyaki chicken bowl was good but the spicy tuna rolls were bland and had very little spicy tuna and lots of rice.

This used to be a great place to eat, food was awesome. Now, the service is so bad it 's unbearable. Credit card machine isn 't working, long waits, lost my order last time we were in after waiting nearly 30 minutes. And the front staff couldn 't care at all about making your visit enjoyable, no point in complaining because no one cares. Good luck guys, I 'm done with you.
