Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Visalia

By now we should be pretty aquianted either Dickey's has to offer, so each location is really only going to vary by your staff experience because the food is always good. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is very customer service oriented and the restaurant is always clean. I go mostly on Sundays because kids eat free. This would be a five star review but this place gets under staffed at times and there is only one person there which is just bad for business. There needs to be two people there at least.

After Xmas shopping hungry for bbq. dinner there. The staff was amazing. She was so nice and helpful with the order we were not sure what to eat. I wish other restaurants had staff like her. I wish I got her name!! The sandwich was solo good!! Dickeys you have great employees.

Extremely friendly staff. They went out of their way to help my sister with hearing a bottle. And for being a food line type restaurant, the foods not too bad. Prices are a little high but nothing to cry about. Will definitely be back. Good job guys!

The new Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Visalia is a welcome site. I am a native Texan moved to California and I miss authentic Texas BBQ. Well, Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Visalia just opened and I happen across it. What a wonderful place! Everything is wonderful, authentic and hickory smoked. Yum! You are warmly greeted as you take in the hickory smoke aroma. The brisket is tender and moist, the pulled pork is fantastic, same with the turkey, sausage and chicken. The sides are all fresh. Buying meat buy the pound is a bargain and my favorite. Enjoy some wonderful authentic BBQ at Dickey's. You will be back. Yee- Haa !

I decided to try something new and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The cashier was extra accommodating by asking all of the right questions and delivering excellent service.
