Gave me and my friend stale bread and 10 in loaves instead of 12. didn’t give us napkins or bags or wrap our sandwiches. didn’t give me onions even tho i asked for them. again: no bag, no napkins. bad cookie

I ordered online for your buy one get one footlong and added double meat and extra bacon got it home and it is just a normal footlong not

Advise to order online and pickup. Otherwise, you will wait longer than expected to get your food.

Only one person working and someone else playing with the register and coins. No cheese bread. Apparently it was to hot. Not listening to order. When did the prices double?

The food here is always amazing and well put together, but the service can heavily very due to new people working there all the time. So you can (once in a blue moon) get a sour worker that can be touchy every time you go in, and they are there. But overall, great little sub shop!
