Mcdonald's - Viroqua

Can I give absolutely negative 5 stars?! Everytime I go there they 1. Forget at least ONE if not more items. 2.burger is so sloppy I can’t eat it. It’s dripping and all the insides are slipping out constantly. McDonald’s prices went up but quality went WAY DOWN AT VIROQUA. Go somewhere else. I’ve gave them the last year to correct things. Kind of sucks because I’m a sucker for their food before this last years experiences I meanI’ve never complained or been compensated for any of the 15+ wrong orders‍

DO NOT EAT HERE!! This was the worst. The workers were rude the lobby was disgusting and our order was completely wrong. My wife waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before even being acknowledged to get unsweetened tea. We will never stop here again. My food was cold. The french fries were extremely salty. My coke was watered down and my fish sandwich was hard and no tartar sauce and cheese. The bun was burnt. The staff was rude. There was hardly any Mac sauce on my big Mac and too much salt and pepper. Worst experience ever. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Today 9/24/23 at 6.00pm i was ordering food with my family and a customer came up to the front desk and was very, very angry that his order got mixed up. He was so angry, he seemed almost aggressive. I was so impressed with how the manager and other workers handled this rude customer. They were firm but remained professional the whole time. A fine balance. I think these workers deserve a raise.
