Bidra med feedbackOrder by the app and waited 13 minutes after check-in. Order finally updated that it went out and 3 minutes later no food yet. It wasn't packed and I just ordered a children's meal. I called to check my food and I was told it was coming. Waited 3 minutes, just to get ice cold food. I will never eat here again, and I do not recommend it, as this is the first time I had problems. You have many teens and I? ve looked at a few of my visits from them playing around not really worry about preparing food.
I put an online order for almost $75, we checked in and it took an hour before we got food. We had to wait for them to execute only part of our order. Then they screwed up the order to complete it until they were done, they made 5 trips and spent a total of 1 1/2 hours waiting for food. When we first got the food, it was already cold, because I started eating one of my three children I had with me. When I came back to the hotel, the food was obviously cold, but the shakes were melted and with the slurries, and the pop was watered down. My son was asleep for so long and never ate. This was a first time sonic experience for the rest of my family and now they never want to eat sonic again. I understand that they were slammed, but that was a ridiculous time to wait for an order that was placed before time. Only positive was one of the two ladies who brought out items was extremely pleasant and professional. I wish I had her name because she needed a bonus for how she treated this situation.
Absolutely appalling experience. I don't even know where to start. I was at this point a few times have never waited less than 20 minutes for my food, think that I never order more than one or maybe two items. Every time I get cold, soggy food. This time it said on the screen that someone came with my food, 20 minutes later nothing. In that time I saw that a woman came out of her car and a sonic bag went toward the door, someone came to her, she gave them the bag (clearly she got the wrong order). They took their orders. When I finally called her, I went back and forth with someone who describes what I literally ordered 5 or 6 times. Finally, someone brings out my order, it is THE SAME BAG I saw the woman give them back. They gave her my order erroneously, went back with her, put her on the counter and then brought the same bag to me. I saw how they placed it on the vault, I know it was the same bag because the top was folded in the same way as the lady had held it. CLEARLY had been severely treated before it came to me. And it was cold soggy. Absolutely disgusting. Never go back.
Service was good, Shake was good, but my burger was the most beautiful thing I ever put in my mouth. The rabbit was wet full of fat. A bite and I had to spit it out. Not a part of this bungalow was dry. The only reason I gave a star was because the staff was nice and my Shake and Zets were good.
I ordered ahead on the app. This is the second time (different locations so not just here at this one) I placed my order, checked in, got a notification it was on the way out. After several minutes I hit the order button and asked what happened. It finally came out. Fries were barely warm. Grilled cheese double burger was just okay. The diet cherry limeade was very good. Overall it's a coin flip. If you like Sonic you like it. I can't recommend it as a great place. I hope that my experience is a rare occurrence but since it happened twice at different locations I have to assume that, like lots of fast food places, they are deleting orders before they are complete to make their times look better but then forgetting about the order and customer.
