Sal's Pizza - Virginia Beach

Friendly staff, and one of the best Philly cheese steaks I've had in the area! Bread was perfectly toasted, meat wasn't greasy, made to order.

I visited Sal's a few months ago using a Groupon, as it is located far from my home. The two pizzas I tried were delicious. Tonight, I returned to purchase three pizzas for my daughters and their families. Everyone enjoyed them, especially the BBQ Chicken which was a hit. It was the perfect way to start a night of making Christmas treats.

I tried this restaurant after recently moving into the neighborhood and I have to say it was awesome. I ordered the special which included an extra large pizza, wings, and garlic knots for around $32 and it was a great deal. The food was delicious, especially the wings with Sal's Special Sauce, which was amazing. I will definitely be ordering from here again. The sauce had the perfect amount of flavor, not too spicy or bland, just awesome.

I grabbed lunch today and was told by the pizza chef that he made me the best BBQ chicken pizza in town. He was right - it was amazing! I used to work in a pizzeria for years and this is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I'm happy that this restaurant is only down the street from me.
